Hotels rate lower than standard have to downgrade

High and low of hotel rate has been a value to appraise their service to the customer. Hotels with high rate will mirroring their service has accorded with their classification, hotels with low rate is opposite with that.
Bad service or not appropriate with their classification also may be made hotel rate lower than the standard. If any hotels like that, it might be they have something wrong on their service or management, and they have to decrease their classification, said Perry Markus – a Accessor Head Team of Hotel Classification.
