When we choose a private villa as holiday accommodation, then some things will become our attention, though managed by a service such as five-star hotel, but the private villa has different rules to the type of accommodation such as hotels. As I read about the rules of late check-out at the villa, may differ with late check-out at the hotel.
Hotel with a number of rooms that much, probably will not have a problem if we ask for additional time for check-out from the time the normal check-out at the hotel. It is different if we use our vacation villas as accommodation, why differently? in this case because the villa has a limitation in the number of rooms. Parties villas will have a problem, if on the day you check-out, there will be other guests who will check-in. If you check-out beyond the normal time, then the next guest will not be able to check in and the villas did not have enough time to prepare their rooms for the next guest.
As I read, that the late check-out at the villa will incur an additional cost that is 50% of the price per night if we use the villa until around 6pm and 100% of the price of hotels, if we use the villa until the above at 6pm. Why do we charge? it is because the villas are not going to rent out their rooms on the day you check-out, by paying extra for late check-out then we will get a guarantee that the villa will not be rented to another guest
